The American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) is an established, leading CPR/OSHA training and safety organization with more than 30,000 authorized instructors in 3,000-plus training centers nationwide. BLS/CPR Instructor information:

To be a CPR/BLS instructor, you must come to the class with a "healthcare level" CPR student training card. (CPR card can be from ANY organization, does NOT have to be ASHI). Attend complete training program, both days, and submit application. We will send your application to ASHI for processing. We will also give you the video of your choice to teach the classes and your instructor manual. Once you are an ASHI instructor, we then authorize you to offer OUR published training courses in a "home study" format. Those courses include:

  • First aid (adult or child/infant)
  • HIV/AIDS-bloodborne pathogens
  • Domestic Violence
  • Medical Errors
  • Assisting with Medications
  • OR any of our other 35 published programs.
